Nick Kyrgios and his girlfriend Costeen Hatzi passed out on the floor of an airport after their luggage was misplaced on their way home from vacation.
Following his Wimbledon defeat, the tennis star, 27, took a vacation with his girlfriend, 21, in warmer climates.
After losing to Novak Djokovic in a tense men’s final last Sunday, Kyrgios jetted to the Bahamas for some R&R.
Unfortunately, their return trip did not go as smoothly, as their flight was delayed and their luggage went missing.
They were waiting for their luggage at Toronto Airport in Canada when Kyrgios cuddled up to Costeen on the floor.
She posted photos to her Instagram Story of them using a backpack as a pillow.
‘The harsh reality of delayed flights and misplaced luggage…’ Costeen posted a selfie of herself making a peace sign to the camera while her tennis pro boyfriend wraps his arms around her.
They left for their tropical vacation on Thursday, following a tense two weeks of matches at Wimbledon, where celebrities such as Tom Cruise, David Beckham, and even royals Prince William and Kate Middleton were in attendance to watch the action.
Both Kyrgios and Costeen have made us green with envy by sharing photos of the crystal clear waters and golden sands from their vacation on social media.
‘A well-deserved vacation,’ Costeen wrote on Instagram, posting a selfie with Kyrgios as they lounged on beach towels and soaked up vitamin D.
Boyfriend Kyrgios quickly responded in the comments, writing: ‘My beautiful, I love you so much.’
When Costeen was competing for a spot in the men’s Wimbledon final, he was equally supportive.
After Rafael Nadal was forced to withdraw from the pair’s scheduled semi-final match due to injury, the world No. 40 was given a free pass to the men’s Wimbledon final.
Djokovic eventually won and took home the trophy, but that didn’t stop Kyrgios from celebrating, as he went to London’s Wyld nightclub later that night with his family and entourage.
